Welcome to Module 1, Lesson 1: Introduction & What to Expect from this Course!

My name is Jennifer Carroll from Celebrating Everyday Life. I am a photographer, national magazine editor, a designer, a podcast host, and I wear a few others hats too.

I am excited and honored to be sharing my hard earned photography experience with you in this course. It is my sincerest hope that this class is going to help you take your photography to levels beyond your current wildest dreams. Learning the skills I'm sharing with you here has honestly changed my life.

A few years ago I never would have thought that I would become a professional photographer and be the Founding Editor of a national magazine! And yet, thanks to study and a lot of practice, here I am - and I want the same type of possibility for a better future for you too!

I encourage to have your camera handy to try out what we're discussing and remember to pause and replay as often as you need to.
